Members of The Property Ombudsman
Property Rescue are proud to be members of The Property Ombudsman, TPO. This is the same organisation that operates an OFT authorised and approved scheme which oversees 93% of estate agents and 60% of letting agents within the UK.
We operate under a slightly different Code of Practice specific to Property Buyers but which is also covered by the TPO’s approved redress scheme. The TPO is totally independent, free for consumers and impartial.

Property Rescue is a founder member of the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB), the trade body for companies who buy homes quickly. Promoting best practices and transparency, all members must abide by a code of conduct. The code was developed in association with The Property Ombudsman and customers of NAPB members can contact The Property Ombudsman should they have an area of redress
Follow OFT Guidelines
As one of the most established sell home fast specialists, we were amongst the first to adopt the guidelines outlined by the Office of Fair Trading – who’s functions and responsibilities are now governed by the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority). Pro-actively responding to the OFT, we have now created our own robust Code of Practice enabling us to underpin the OFT’s desire for greater clarity and confidence to consumers.
