Here's how it works
If you know someone who needs to sell their home fast – perhaps they are relocating to another part of the country, facing the threat of repossession, wanting to free up the capital that’s locked up in their home, or simply in danger of losing their ‘dream house’ because they’re trapped in a long selling chain – then let us know. If they decide to sell their house with Live in My Area, we’ll give you a reward.
For every contact you give us who sells their property through our business, we’ll give you 1% of the purchase price. That means if they sell their home for £200,000 you’ll receive £2,000, or if they sell their home for £100,000 you’ll earn £1,000. Just think, on a property that sells for £500,000 (not that unusual nowadays) you would receive £5,000.

Live in My Area will buy hard to sell properties on developments, either when completed or off-plan. This means you can move on to the next development, satisfy your investors or bankers, and complete your responsibilities on-site.
Referral Rewards for Estate Agents and Professionals
Referral rewards are offered to estate agents or other professional parties who refer clients to us that subsequently decide to sell their home through Live in My Area. A negotiable commission (a % of the sale price) will be earned in reward. Live in My Area give you an assurance that your clients will be handled sensitively, not put under obligation to proceed should they decide not to, and be dealt with in strictest confidence and to the highest standards. We will also give estate agents the option to market that property through your agency, should you so wish.
Fast Sale Options for Estate Agents
For estate agents who are involved in a chain that threatens to break because of one weak link, Live in My Area will step in and buy the ‘difficult’ property, allowing the chain to proceed, the sale to complete, and your agency to receive its fees. We will pay a referral fee to you, allowing you to waive your normal charges to the seller, thus making the proposition more attractive and allowing the sale to go through. We can complete the sale in a matter of days, so contact us even if the chain looks as if it is irretrievably broken. We also offer ‘sell and rent back’ options, allowing the vendor to sell their home to us yet remain in it as a tenant.
